Refund policy

If you wish to exchange all or part of your order or request a refund, you may return any item(s) ordered via hazzeystudio.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date. If your order is delivered in separate shipments, the 14-day period starts the day after the final item arrives. Should this deadline fall on a public holiday in the UK, it will automatically extend to the next working day.

To return or exchange, please contact us via email at info@hazzeystudio.com for return instructions. After receiving the return instructions, please return the products within 14 days. For all product returns, the return shipping cost is your responsibility. Please use “door-to-door” delivery only, as returns sent to parcel shops cannot be processed and will be returned.

Keep proof of shipping. If proof of return shipment is not provided, and the products are not received within a reasonable period, we may not be able to issue a refund.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact. We reserve the right to make deductions from your refund for any items not returned in a resaleable condition. If you do not pay the shipping / transport costs in full and as a result we have to make any payments for the return of the products, we reserve the right to deduct the costs incurred by us from the amount reimbursed to you.

REFUNDS

For full order cancellations, we will refund the cost of the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If there’s an issue with your product, please contact info@hazzeystudio.com. Once reviewed and accepted, we will offer either a replacement or refund.
